Inspections
Goodwill Industries of North Georgia also utilizes the Jen-Mar software system for quality assurance. We rely on PDA technology which enables our full-time quality assurance representative to electronically conduct inspections in real-time for corrective and preventive actions.
Information obtained during an inspection is also used to identify additional opportunities for training and evaluation of personnel performance. Our inspection system enables us to generate quality reports for our customers.
Training
Our employees receive an average of 72 hours of classroom and job specific training annually. They are tested to ensure competence in safety topics.
